My experience from beginning to end was positive. Most important was the multiple locations available, security, and the cleanliness of the property and units. The customer service was good. My first experience was exceptional so, when I needed storage a second time, I chose ExtraSpace.

It was easy to book services Were good. The main issue I had was for some reason they couldn’t honor the on line price. The on line pricing was $11 less and the location wouldn’t honor that. I was also charged a processing fee of $29 which was not disclosed on line and was explained to me after the contract was signed. I needed the unit right away so I accepted the charges but not satisfied.
