This place USED to be AMAZING! Under the new manager, Kaitlyn it is now disgusting. The bathrooms are now locked and not available, there is trash everywhere and the floors, walls and elevators are covered in filth. They increased their pricing with no notice and when you call to speak with Kaitlyn, she reads the company handbook well, but has ZERO customer service skills.
