Lance made the process of securing a unit quick and easy. He showed us the unit 1st then explained details of renting. It was a quick and pleasant experience working with him.
Close to my house, affordable price, clean and easy
So easy to reserve on line from out of state. I didn't arrive with my moving truck for over a week later, and my unit was waiting for me with a lock ready to install. The gentleman in the store was most kind and helpful getting me oriented and started. The facility is super clean and as I rented an indoor climate controlled unit, the temperature was perfect.

The staff was outstanding and helpful. Unit clean and ready. Unlocking and locking not easy but secure. Price shocked us but understand climate controlled units are expensive at all storage facilities. The security was major point and very pleased. But the staff at another Extra Space Storage facility was full but they went out of their way to find us space at another sister facility and helpful.
