I was in a real pinch. In less than 15 minutes on the phone I had found, paid for, and gotten an access code to my unit - all for an extremely low price. I wouldn't go anywhere else for storage!
I started out paying $227 per month for a 10x20. Not even a full 2 years later I am at $319 per month. They send you massive rate increase notices and you begin paying them immediately following. A manager once told me "people don't usually stay that long." Oh, okay. So hit the loyal, on-time paying customers with ridiculous rate increases. They also call you for payment before you're into your grace period.
