I rented a unit online and the following day received a phone call from the store manager welcoming me and made sure I got settled in. A few days later I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and Jack (SM) made the transition quick and easy. The facility, itself, is clean, secure... Extra Space Storage on Ladera and Unser provided an exceptionally clean and safe storage space for my needs. The staff was very helpful, especially Stew (Green Chile Stew)! Stew provided great customer service and ensured I had enough time to move my items out with no hassle. I will definitely use Extra Space in the future.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Best storage place to rent from! fast friendly, and they’ll go above and beyond when you’re not satisfied!! Extremely happy with services I will definitely be renting again!
This was an amazing experience! I was able to get a unit within 45 minutes on a day the office was closed. The prices are better than the competition and made it a seamless transaction. The inside is nice and climate controlled with attention to detail. I got a follow up with the manager the next morning to see if I had any questions. Rick offered the same great customer service. Would highly recommend.
