The hours of access to my unit is when I would need it - from any time in the morning to late evening. The employees are very friendly. They provide hand carts which make it easy to move my stuff back and forth. The location of the facility I use is extremely convenient. I can’t think of anything bad to say.
Friendly staff & clean facility!
We were very happy and surprised to find a great loading dock (heated) which makes loading and unloading great! Exceptionally with extreme weather!
Everytime I got to my locker, I have a very polite and positive interaction with Alex. She is so professional and kind. She always makes sure to ask if everything is okay with my unit and takes the time to listen if there are any issues. I wish there were more people like her in the workforce.
