My first time and the process from reserving online to moving into my unit was seamless and hassle free. All was so smooth. And the customer service was great too. I personally do recommend this company.

Be careful. They tried to pull the old "bait and switch" with me. All was well with my reservation for 3 weeks until 2 days before the move. Then the unit I reserved and confirmed (by telephone and e-mail) does not exist and I being offered a unit to rent for $40.00-$50.00 per month more. Needless to say I made emergency arrangements with another company and will bill these folks for my costs. Small Claims Courtis right down the street too if they do not pay.
