Thanks to Leisa for giving us great advice when we had to rent a second storage unit when all our stuff wouldn't fit in our original unit! We were stressed -- trying to meet the U-Haul truck return deadline -- and she made it easy for us to move in the last truckload in our new, second unit. Very good communication from the manager Leisa before the move date. Exceptional service by Leisa on the day of the move and when we booked the storage. Gave us the best options and found us a perfect fit for our needs. She even did a follow up call to make sure that we were satisfied.
