My family has had a unit at the South Orange Avenue location for over 18 months. The facility is always clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location manager, Dena, is open to suggestions to improve the facility and she looks for ways to help customers have the best experience possible while doing what she can to save them time and money.
