Acquiring space with Extra Space Storage was extremely quick and simple. The reservation is made online and one of the staff called me back within an hour to complete the lease. Deb was extremely friendly and helpful in selecting a unit and explaining all of the options. I picked up the lock and key in the office, a safe and socially distanced environment. Having to make an unexpected decision on a storage facility can be daunting but i knew this location had just opened and it was squeaky clean and close to my job. Top notch customer service. Deborah is so friendly and nice its like you're renting a unit from a good friend. The gentleman that was there was very friendly as well.
