Brian was very professional and friendly both on the phone and when I went in to rent the unit. He answered all my questions thoroughly and left me feeling that he would take good care of me and my property The facility itself is very clean and very convenient for me to use. I haven’t started loading anything into my unit yet but I’m confident based on my interaction with Brian that it will be a good experience!
