From the very first interaction with staff member (LaTasha), she was very professional, friendly, explained the cost, type units and the overall process. Kwame was also pleasant, polite, easy to work with and helped complete the contract and other paperwork. I was extremely pleased with the process and satisfied with the safety of my belongings. I would definitely recommend this facility/storage unit to other friends.
