Excellent customer service. As a business owner I highly value great service. I would highly recommend Extra Space to everyone who needs to store a combination of personal & or business items. A great staff of people. Ken who works for the company called me up on the second day to inform me that my lock was not on correctly. Way to go Ken.

This storage unit is easily assessable from veterans highway. The staff is very friendly. The prices are great and/or are competitive with other storage unit. The sign up process was super easy. The reason zI didn’t give it 5 stars, was that on my second night the entrance gate was broken. Was working went twice that night and was still broken. Next day, however, problem was fixed and everything has been great since.
Great storage center good fair rates. Customer service was more than satisfactory, guick, and efficient. Very happy with my unit
