It was easy to find the storage unit and put things in it as well. Great customer service even though he was the only one working that afternoon.
Overall smooth process and nice experience
Main reservation Matilda was friendly and helpful. Local store manager Louis was just as helpful in person as on the phone. However, carts and elevator carpet need to be regularly sanitized and disinfected if we all want to contain and get rid of this killer virus.
