I booked my unit reservation online and Sharon at the location called me a few hours to confirm. She provided me with clear directions to the facility. Once I arrived to check out the unit Sharon was very helpful and explained everything to me. She was very detailed and answered all the questions I had regarding payment, moving out and available units. I decided to change my unit location and couldn’t remember the locations direct number so I called the main number and left a message with the person who answered the phone ... read more
