I booked my unit reservation online and Sharon at the location called me a few hours to confirm. She provided me with clear directions to the facility. Once I arrived to check out the unit Sharon was very helpful and explained everything to me. She was very detailed and answered all the questions I had regarding payment, moving out and available units.
