The facility was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I rented a 10x20 unit for 3-1/2 years and the monthly price more than doubled over that time frame, but I had nothing more for my money. I paid in advance for the period of 4/2/23-5/2/23, and moved out by 5/9/23, and the facility keeps your full month of rent even though I gave notice and moved out. Does not make for great customer service.

Tim and Mike were AMAZING and very informative, greeted us and treated us with the utmost respect!! These guys are AWESOME and if you need any kind of storage near Fox Lake, IL, do not waste your time looking anywhere else…..call or go see them!!!!

this place is keep very clean and the people who work there are friendly and professional. we have 2 spaces for our move into our new home which is almost done being built. 😁

I was a walk in from past rentals. Suzanne was wonderful and walked me through to see the three sized units. She took her time, was pleasant and patient. I love Extra Space Storage.
