The manager Tim in the Fox Lake location was wonderful to work with. He made the transition from one location to his location a breeze for us.
Extra Space Storage in Fox Lake is an excellent storage facility. The manager was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he explained everything about the facility. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Fox Lake area looking for storage options.
I have never rented a storage space before and this experience has been great. I used the online rental system and it was very easy to follow and complete. I spoke to Tim, who was very nice and helpful. Once I got to the facility I was blown away with how clean it was. Everything went exactly as Tim said it would. It was easy, breezy!!! I will definitely recommend Extra Space. Thanks for a great first experience.

Great place, clean and secure.
Tim was friendly, helpful and showed me my storage locker and how to use the key. The access was easy and moving in simple! Excellent job and the place is really clean!
