Outstanding Customer Service and very clean units
My first time renting from Extra Storage and I can say I will be a returning and recommending customer. The customer service was excellent and the storage units was very clean and well maintained.
Storage are available to different size and the space I rented was able to hold everything that I needed at a great price.
Very well located and extremely clean. Units are indoors and very nice. The front desk will help you get setup easily and they are friendly throughout the whole time you are with them.
I'm a returning customer and even though I had to go to another facility that was a little further out - I didn't mind, because the storage space is clean, climate controlled, safe, and the representatives are client oriented. Plus, the promotions/prices are decent for what you get. Highly recommended!

Rachel was awesome. She was very friendly and personable. We got a great unit at a great price.
I was somewhat disappointed that I wasn't informed that the rental online rate would increased within a week from my initial contact, otherwise the facility is immaculate and I love the temperature that is kept in the warehouse to protect customers belongings.
I am new to the area and was very cautious not knowing the area .I am so happy to say Extra Space Storage is what all self storge facilty's should be like. I feel my things are secure and in a great area.
