I had a pleasant, no-problem experience from beginning to end. I used the online pricing and space-needs assist features to make my selection and reserved a space that was on a special rate. The facility was conveniently close to my home. At the office a couple of hours later, my account was set up and I was escorted to approve the storage space selection.
