Just wanted to said, as I thought Extra Space Storage were pretty cool. Until til when I came back reservation for the second time. This lady name "Nicole" is UNGRATEFUL witch. Discrimination and threatening me for SECOND TIME which I've NEVER bothered her but minding my business. And guess what, as a person being DEAF whom in the processing getting Attorney to bring back my Down Syndrome Trisomy 21 daughter back home.
