They raised my rent $100 a month without telling me. I have a 10 by 15 unit that on the website goes for $145-198 a month. I have checked comps in the area and they are significantly cheaper. I also noticed there was a law suit against this company for their fraudulent bait and switch techniques. I want answers and I want a reasonable rate. We are in the suburbs of Pittsburgh not New York City. Since I was not notified about the price increase and if they do not right their wrong I will get my lawyer involved.
