The facility is new and very clean. The assistant manager was extremely professional; he was proactive and communicated with me during my decision making process and made sure that all of my questions were answered, prior to contract signing. Very happy 1st time customer.

I spoke with Vince on the phone and he was very helpful and friendly. On move-in day, Cephus assisted me and was also very nice. I had a few issues (not Extra Space storage related) and Cephus went above and beyond to assist me with them. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service with a storage unit company/location and left feeling very impressed! My unit and the surrounding property was also clean upon arrival!
