RecommendedAbout 3 years ago, my parents passed away, and I was left with a lot of items I didn't have room for. I needed something that would be large enough, be climate controlled, have elevator access, and not break the bank. I've had excellent service over the years and will never get a storage unit anywhere else! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly!

I would not recommend Extra Space Storage as a whole, but appreciate this particular branch in Pittsburgh. My storage unit price increased $125 with no email or warning, as well as no reasoning why on the willing. After calling them to complain, they were able to fix it and get it back down to a lower rate. I am very happy it was fixed, but why would that happen to begin with?
