Tyler at the Henderson rd location is the best!!!! He is totally professional, polite, helpful and customer focused. He is the best I've ever worked with! I have one storage unit at his location and I'm renting another one that's even bigger! Tyler deserves both a raise and a promotion!!!!!!! Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Moving items into Stoarge can be challenging on many levels - your staff made the experience a pleasure not a challenge. There was a real sense of team.
I've rented here several times during the past two years, as my daughter attends school nearby. The facility is conveniently located, clean, and secure. The storage rates are competitive & Vanessa and her team are courteous and professional.

Loses a star for a strange survey where I was asked why I chose not to have an online experience when I, in fact, did and had to misrepresent it with the only options available. That’s obnoxious. Otherwise, it’s a great service.
