great service and accessibility
The staff made my experience with Extra Space easy.
Extra Space has fine enough storage units, but they will increase the rates on you consistently. I signed at $65 for up for a 10x10 unit. It was increased to $75, $90, $105, and I just looked to see a charge of $165. I thought it was an error, only to call and find out that it was a legit rate increase!! I was furious. They are supposed to give you a 30-day notice on changes. Apparently they sent me a letter that I never got, rather than send me an email like all my other notifications from them. The facility is okay, I am just not happy that the rate is going up by $75 and I have only been renting a unit there for 3 months. My new rate is $189 and yet they are advertising my same size unit on the same floor for $135. Something does not feel right about this place in West Jordan.
