Great unit, efficiently and securely run, ideal climate control, all my stuff was just as if left it two years previously. Staff genuinely helpful and committed to the job. Reasonable prices. Easy access and management from abroad. Really can't say enough good stuff about Extra Space.
This location was so friendly & clean, and Marisol was so kind and informative and made this process stress free. The prices are great and I'm really happy I chose this location. As it is climate control and just a really nice facility. Highly recommend for your storage needs.
The process of signing up for a unit was great. I did it online within a matter of 20 minutes. Using the app to access the complex was great too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location for me was great because of the distance from where I lived and live now. Hours of gate operation helpful when moving. I would use those facility again.
I really enjoyed the climate control indoor closet. I am person who needed to rotate my life around due to seasons. In the past I have sat in the snow, rain and extreme heat trying go through the dreaded task of searching.. this place I did not have to endure weather to make thoughtful decisions… absolutely likes that there is an auto service if I forgot my code because that was common. Will use again.
So I'd like to point out I've only had a unit with this facility for a little over 2 months. In that time they have increased the cost twice without proper notice. It is now over $100 more than we were originally quoted. We still have not received the contract. One of my employee was hit by the rolling door not staying up. This issue still has not been fixed after lodging a complaint with the repair man at the facility. And all of our personal information is misspelled or incorrect even after showing the correct information ... read more
