The process was easy from start to finish! From inquiry with a corporate customer service agent to step-by-step directions to my exact unit and a personal call from the local agent, I was so impressed with the service. I am used to receiving horrible service most everywhere these days and this experience was a HUGE exception. The facility is nice and clean, they even helped me use my new lock and there are plenty of moving carts to use.
