Great location and clean storage unit
It was very easy. I called asking for a unit, they found one in the area i wanted. They saved me the unit until i got there the same day. Had a wonderful woman who talked and showed me the unit and how everything works. Was very easy and simple cant complain about anything
Customer service was excellent when I signed up in November. Very disappointed and dissatisfied that I received a rate increase today and it has not even been a year yet. Notice says that due to current market conditions. Sad way to do business. They know they have you because they know you don’t to have to move all your items. I was with my previous storage center for 3 years and the rate was not raised once. Guess that what I get for dealing with a corporation.
