Very clean place. Heat and air. Staff professional Location good and above street level if the area floods Bathrooms and elevators always clean
Easy, clean and affordable. Also located right next to UrbanSouth, the best brewery in New Orleans, yay!

Great experience; very professional, fast and flawless service. Well knowledgeable staff welcomed us upon entering the place and assisted us throughout the process. The property is absolutely awesome with upscale technology; a must see and use for yourself to fully understand. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage and will use this exact storage again if I ever have to. Thanks to the wonderful staff/team on Tchoupitoulas (Joe and Latoya) made this experience for us, great.
Bree was very helpful in helping me assess which space would best fit my needs and understanding of my situation. She was friendly and personable, and Joe reached out to let me know when my code was ready. The space is very clean and well kept, and I like the drive-up option that allows you to get out of the elements while unloading. I wish the gate hours went til midnight, but other than that I am very happy with my experience.
Don’t waste your time elsewhere, this place has it all. Clean, maintained, great customer service and most of all best pricing in town. You definitely get more than your money’s worth.
