Debra at the Maple Grove Facility was very knowledgeable and showed the size unit. Walked me through all the paperwork. Made sure I was able to access the facility. Very friendly. She was awesome!
My first time in Minnesota with climate controlled storage units. Extra Space greatly exceeded my expectations: clean well managed areas, easy to navigate, elevator speed, friendly and informative staff always available, a secure facility. I am more than pleased with my choice.
The customer service has been great, and the facility is well-maintained and clean. My unit is exactly the amount of space I need, and easy to find.
Great customer service, great location and good place to store your valuable items.
Clean and easy to use, free flatbed carts to use to move your goods. The locks they sell you are specifically for their doors not a typical padlock. The only downside is the sliding glass door going from the garage where you load/ unload is narrower than the freight elevator doors.
