Excellent service, Bob took his time explaining everything, how to access gate and unit plus showed me my unit and how to lock it. He is meticulous on keeping the units clean. I happened to be there when he was disinfecting unit and making sure it was ready for the next customer. He was very through and needless to say I was impressed! My only concern is the lack of extra light sensors that is my only reason for 4 stars

The manager Bob Huston was very professional, helpful and friendly. The facility is well lit. Has plenty of carts for moving property to storage compartment. The elevator is very smooth. Location was very conveniently accessible.
