The customer service here is old schoolðŸ‘ðŸ¼ðŸ‘ðŸ¼- and by that, I mean, customer satisfaction actually matters! Bridget is amazing! So thorough and helpful, with a beautiful smile and professional, pleasant voice. The property is beautifully maintained. So many selling points!! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

Extra Storage is amazing. The customer service was over the top. The space was clean and well maintained. They made a very hard move VERY easy!

Bridget at the Napa location is absolutely fabulous! She is very efficient, super friendly and polite, and responsive. She turns around paperwork quickly and was so patient with us as we upgraded wine storage three times to get the right fit. She is THE BEST!!
