Checked my bank account this morning and Extra Space Storage pulled out $109. That is up $46 from last month. I probably have the 2nd to smallest unit. When I called them to inquire, they said I had a rate increase. They said they mailed a post card to my office, not a letter, not an email but a post card. A 42% increase and in my mind no notice. The local office on Park Blvd offered no remedy. I will be closing my agreement and will never use Extra Space again.
