RecommendedOpened a new account yesterday online. Within one hour I was contacted by the store's manager welcoming me and setting up a time to come in for a tour, showing me the facility and where my unit was located. Walked me through step by step on how to access my unit and made me do it so there was no question that my access code worked. They have free to use 4-wheel dollies located by every door, so you don't have to carry your items to your space.
