Opened a new account yesterday online. Within one hour I was contacted by the store's manager welcoming me and setting up a time to come in for a tour, showing me the facility and where my unit was located. Walked me through step by step on how to access my unit and made me do it so there was no question that my access code worked. They have free to use 4-wheel dollies located by every door, so you don't have to carry your items to your space.
This is a very nice storage facility. It is kept clean and everything is well organized. The employees are always very helpful and kind when explaining how things work, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Our experience so far has been positive.
The new manager is AMAZING! There was a lot of confusion and she was incredibly helpful and understanding. The actual space is perfect for anyone who is looking for a place to keep their things. I cannot express how wonderful the employees are. I would 100% recommend this place!!
