Marvin is fantastic and not only took the time to show me both units in which I was interested, but he also helped me visualize how my belongings would fit in each one. He then helped reserve each unit for me so the rental process would be quick and easy when the times comes. I have rented from this location before and have always received excellent care and service, so I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Shirley is delightful and helpful. My unit was clean and super easy to access. I had 1 minor issue and they addressed is ASAP. Highly recommend!

Shirley at the Indianapolis location was great. We had a few issues with our reservation and pricing versus what we were originally quoted and she sorted it all out. She was courteous and helpful. Indy location is clean and tidy. Great for college storage.
