The employee Joe took his time with me. Was honest and respectful of all my needs. Found me the best promotion and told me in detail everything I asked. Helped me every step of the way. Talked as if he knew me for years. Good, bad or indifferent answers, he was very honest and straight to the point. Didn't try to over sell or undersell me. Told me what I would need or wont need. I recommend this place to anyone who would want their storage safe and secure.
I signed up for one unit online and one in person both were simple and easy to do
Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to find a unit that met my needs at one of their other locations nearby.

It's inside they have carts to carry your items. They have garage to pull in to unload items. Very nice Virginia
The staff was friendly and helpful in findin ths right size storage unit for my needs! They went out of their way to help me even when i showed up before operating hours! I would recommend anyone use Extra Space!
The unit was smaller than I thought but being on the inside helped. The rolling carts were good. Helpful to be able to pull inside while loading.
Customer service take the time out to explain the units available in terms of size( length and width), climate control non climate control, prices, promotions....overall very clean
This was my first time renting a storage and based on my experience here, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking a storage facility. Amazing customer service and the storage unit was clean, spacious and easily accessible.
