RecommendedSteve was awesome today and so helpful! He reached out to me to remind me my card was expired (that’s going the extra mile) and we got that taken care of so I wasn’t charged a late fee! Thanks Steve! And we are still happy with Extra Space! Just not happy with all the rate increases.
