Very easy to rent and very easy to use the facility being all indoors was wonderful compliments to the staff.
The facilities are extremely clean and well lit, and the elevators are large enough to fit two loaded flat carts with ease.
Austin was amazing from start to finish. We discussed options that were available and then went to physically look at the unit to make sure they would work. I bought a move kit which is a great bundling idea. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend these folks.
Austin gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever received. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, easy to reach, and gave me exactly what I was looking for.
Great unit, Austin that works there is great and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were extremely accommodating and I don’t think that it could’ve gone any more smoothly
10/10 recommend - for any and all looking for a unit - Extra Space is the best around! Staff are extremely kind and helpful - facility is beautiful, easy access, top notch security, and I feel so safe keeping my belongings there!
