I actually had really good experiences with the call center (Stephanie - who even mentioned the one-time initial fee + insurance options so we were blindsided) and then some logistics questions when I initially called the facility and talked with DJ. When my husband and I got to ESS, we had JR, who really reeled it all in! Super friendly; let us see the space we were renting; showed us the in/outs of the layout and all the procedures: then walked us through the contractural stuff and answers questions.
