Terrific location. Good space. Easy access. Love that there were carts available. Also very secure. It is perhaps a bit pricey, but I don't think unreasonable given that the units are climate controlled and so secured.Highly recommend.
Very personable customer service. Location is great to Duquesne University. The price was unbeatable in all of Pittsburgh.
It was a easy process, and people who are busy is able to rent a unit without any hassle.

Customer service was fantastic even the entire transaction was done over the phone. And the location was also perfect which about 10 minutes away from Duquesne University. Location is clean and well maintained.
Super clean and convenient. Felt safe. The 5x5 was ample room for my students dorm belongings. Important with these dimensions to be able to stack things. 8' foot ceilings made it very easy to do this. Very happy with this choice for storage.
I was able to get exactly what I wanted with a 10 min phone call. I was satisfied with the unit and the price and the easy access. Definitely would recommend.
