Very streamlined process. Booked online and was contacted within 20 minutes to confirm and review details. Once my move-in date was set, I was contacted with the unit number and codes of entry. Had no difficulty getting into the facility and my unit. Had no need to interact with an agent, which I think is important to many these days. Unit was clean and exactly what was expected from my online reservation. Had a few questions and had no trouble calling and receiving immediate help. Highly recommend
