EW made my experience a more enjoyable one, Relocating from the northeast to south carolina is stressful enough. .With all that one goes through it was just the fact EW wanted to make me feel welcome and made everything easy. Bonus EW loved my dogs

The rental agent was the most informative and easy to deal with person made my transaction very easy
Very streamlined process. Booked online and was contacted within 20 minutes to confirm and review details. Once my move-in date was set, I was contacted with the unit number and codes of entry. Had no difficulty getting into the facility and my unit. Had no need to interact with an agent, which I think is important to many these days. Unit was clean and exactly what was expected from my online reservation. Had a few questions and had no trouble calling and receiving immediate help. Highly recommend
EW and Charlie were so helpful and the facility is clean and affordable. I highly recommend renting with Extra Space.
