RecommendedI made my reservation and was about to pay but wanted to find out if I could pay in advance and Michael assisted in getting me paid and secured my rental. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood how it work. I would recommend them very friendly and helpful.

Extra Space Storage just screwed me over. They’ve cut off access to the second floor with zero notice so now I can’t access any of the belongings I pay $300 a month to keep up there. Completely unacceptable. They could have at least let us know. Yes there is a storm coming but every business is open currently because people are preparing, so to do this with no warning has lost them my business
