It was our first time renting a storage unit. The young lady that helped us was very friendly and explained everything. She took the time to walk me through the security code process and walked me to my unit.

She was very accommodating because I wasn’t sure the exact size I needed and I just had surgery on my leg. She went out of her way to make sure I had a space right next to elevator so I didn’t have to walk far. She came over to show us how to login and assured we made it to and from the storage unit. Very sensible and professional. Really appreciated this especially with all going on she still assured we were satisfied!!

Initially I left an awesome review of this storage facility because the staff really are amazing, as others have mentioned. They ask you to rate them based on that experience and I believe that my updated Google review had little impact. I do not recommend this storage facility for long term storage (over 3-4 months). Hidden in the contract, the company states that they can raise the rental rate to align with market value OR ANY OTHER REASON AT ANY TIME. My rental rate was doubled after four months.
