The only sales person at Extra Space Storage is worthy of praise and a big thank you. She has kept the bathroom clean and all the hallways. it is a pleasure to enter the facility knowing it is being well maintained. it is a shame Extra Space Storage feels it needs to increase the rent on its storage spaces 3 times in one year getting big and bigger profits for the corporation but not acknowledging its employees with monetary rewards.

I have been renting a unit in your facility since March. I have had other rental units over the past few years. Hands down what makes renting from your company the best is the customer service from an employee named Mica (spelling may be incorrect) She constantly checks on it. She even stops by to say hello and even takes the time to interact with my grandson. Life is crazy at the moment, a caring, friendly person makes all the difference. Very easy process to rent a storage unit online. Meike called to ensure I didn't have questions about the process. When I went by to get my keys she was very friendly and showed us around the facility, made sure I was satisfied with the unit I had rented. The facility is very clean and Meike is very nice and knowledgeable.
