My experience was great! Bill was extremely helpful, providing me with several options and helping me to find the one that best suits my needs. He took the time to show me the various unit sizes and discuss how to most efficiently pack them. Then he took the time to find me the very best price for my unit, utilizing special offers, senior discount, etc. I highly recommend.
