Seemless experience with friendly staff on site during business day (including Saturday) & secure but easy customer access all day until 22:00. Plenty of sizes with affordable prices. They have the good carts too. Climate controlled. It was the last day of the month but I had no problem with garage access/cart/elevator availability getting my whole clinic contents including washer & dryer moved in. They have everything you may need at peasant-friendly rates.
Staff is super helpful and kind! I had some issues when I moved in with my lock not being inside my locker. It was stressful and confusing to get in contact to find a lock after hours but it did work out. In my time there (one year), there was a leak in my locker but they were quick to reassign me a new locker when I asked and I was compensanted with free rent for the month (after asking). Loved the ease of booking online, loved it more when I pulled in and didn’t have to talk to anyone. I love the overhead garage doors for pulling into for unloading. Clean space. Excellent customer service turning on my notice to vacate. Seriously couldn’t ask for a better experience. Rent HERE!!
Clean, safe environment for storage. Staff was always amazing and willing to help. Always kept me informed of any changes months in advance. Would recommend to anyone and use again if needed
