Easy and fair
Easy to pull into and plenty of hand carts to roll things to the lockers. Well air conditioned facility. Bathroom and water fountains on the main level. Super convenient for South Pinellas.
Frustrated by the situation I found myself in (landlord/purchase turned into nightmare), ESS and especially the representative; she offered different opportunities to make my move easier (into storage and then into another home). She went above and beyond offering yet another service - help for my aged, very medically compromised Great Dane. Only the best of the best do that! Finally, everything is clean, well taken care of!
The facility is clean, there are moving carts readily available to make moving heavy items easier. The elevators are fast and the customer service is great.
Ashley took the time to explain everything to us. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us exactly what we were looking for.
The On-Site representative was both engaging and professional. Having never rented storage, I was concerned about access, security, climate control, etc. However, I didn't even need to inquire, Ashley (no last name) was anticipating my questions, served up all the answers, and making me feel like part of a "community" of sorts. I submitted five stars because there was excellent Communication coming from the employee. She suggested what space will be best for me based on what I needed and for how long and when I got there everything was ready for me without the hassle.
Great storage, clean, with reasonable prices
Customer service was great, the facility is easy to get around in and it’s very clean.
