Tony is a great and helpful employee. I felt he was personable and very well versed in his job and explained everything well. The company however needs to stop with special locks that can only be purchased from them

The online registration and quick response made the set up very easy. Sandy was very helpful in making sure that I had a unit that suited me and my needs. She also came to check in on me when I was moving my stuff into the unit. Having a dock and carts to easy move things into the climate control indoor units made the move that much easier. A top-notch facility in my book.

DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA PLACE STORAGE!!!! They will raise your rate after only 2-3 months! I specifically asked if I was getting a special or promo rate before I rented and was told "NO" by the manager. I also asked if they would raise my rate after only a few months and was also told "NO" by the manager. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Now, after only 3 months they DOUBLED my rate from $69 to $138 per month.
