Upon choosing Xtra Space, I was given solid easy to understand how to finish up on line and they checked with me often as we had to go out of state for our RV purchase. Our space reserved, extended be ausr of travel and so friendly! We went to the lot prior to for seeing the ease of getting there, met our "Phone buddy" who tempered my name, she took us in a tour of where we would park etc. Lot was huge! Energy Parkway location is very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. I love having the tunnel to drive into so loading and unloading is not so stressful being in heat, cold, rain, etc. Highly recommend this location!

The whole process was very easy. Greg was amazing. The unit is fresh and clean. Well lit and love the fact you can drive your automobile right up to the doors. Very satisfied.
