Very unresponsive. This place has poor customer service. I have emailed, called, attempted a chat on their website. No response at all. They raise the prices without notification at anytime. My contract started around $175-190 bucks a month. Now it's over $250. Not one phone call, email, or note explaining the increase. STAY AWAY! Moving my things as soon as I get another storage company.
