When I called the office the guy was very friendly but very helpful and entertaining during the process. He also recommended that I get there earlier so his staff could help me and that they would be very helpful and he wasn't wrong. I walked through the door and was greeted by the 3 employees. The lady at the front desk assisted me with everything and the other 2 communicated with me from time to time while continuing their training process. Overall I was very pleased and left feeling very good about everything.

Great Easy experience
Love this place! Clean and safe access. Parking is enclosed so you are out of the elements and feel secure unloading your car. All entrances use an app which means one less code to worry about. Overall 10/10
I have had a lot of moving and self-storage experiences over the years and while in the military and since leaving the service. The engaging, professional and personable services extended to me from store/location manager Brittany and the following day of renting a storage space that I received from the supervisor Greg, despite the location, cleanliness, and online App driven services was for me the deciding reason I chose Extra Space.
