Horrible customer service for years. I no longer live in state, and my latest complaint is that i had a payment error and the company never thinks to reach out to me via email when they cant reach my phone number about this and they let my accounts (yes i have two units) go to DOUBLE in fees and then is getting ready to send one unit to auction. Been here since 2018 and theyll also raise your rent without notice … avoid at all costs. A JOKE … ive only just started getting into a better spot financially and then this happens ... read more
