Horrible customer service for years. I no longer live in state, and my latest complaint is that i had a payment error and the company never thinks to reach out to me via email when they cant reach my phone number about this and they let my accounts (yes i have two units) go to DOUBLE in fees and then is getting ready to send one unit to auction.
